I've been in the tech business since 2000 and have now started my own LLC. I previously worked for well known companies in various industries such as Retail, Healthcare, Gaming, Financial and Services Industry areas. I am HIPAA Certified and Certified in EPIC Bridges. I've been helping locals save money and get the correct diagnosis for their issues for the past 20 years. I am here to make connections with people that want an honest diagnosis and to save money. I have established relationships in many states nationwide, from California to Arizona across to Colorado and a hop to Georgia. I have started servicing clients in New York, Florida and even Boston. I've created my LLC as a long term, no hassle, business. My promise is, I will never charge for diagnostics, and I will always explain issue(s) that arise. I will make recommendations and offer other options if needed. I have no plans on going anywhere and want to be part of your team and success. I found Jonaz through the Thumbtack app in 2023. A few months later I contacted him on a quote for a new tower and he gave me 3. I took the $1200 (most expensive) option. Intel Core I7,VR gaming motherboard 2TB SSD, 16GB DDR ram, Soundblaster AE-5 soundcard. And a videocard for gaming, not highest level, but a great card. Jonaz sent me an Awesome machine!!. See through side panel. premium quality case. Came loaded with MS office and a bunch of great Adobe apps. USB ports back and top. Hands down best computer I have ever had. This computer boots in 5-7 seconds every time. You can be like old me and buy computers from the store that fail every 2-3 years. Or you can be like recent me and buy a hand built custom machine that would cost 2-3 times as much at a store. Oh, and the best part, Jonaz offers the best warranty out there, contact him for details. I will never buy another "store" computer again. Only custom, hand built rigs from Jonaz for me from now on!!1st Class, from the time I first contacted Jonaz. He was involved in what I wanted to do. Its like he knew better than I did, what I wanted. You just can't buy a computer like this online or off of a shelf, and what he delivered has me mind blown !
